Sitting down to write this particular post had me a little confused. Sometimes, what I want to write about comes from within and those are the days that I really let my feelings rip out on to the keyboard. On other days, well, I just don’t write. I have a simple rule; my blog is a place where I express myself freely without caring about what anybody else thinks and it’s the place where I am my most honest self. So if I don’t feel like writing, I don’t mind not posting anything for a while. This is a new place for me and I’m still figuring out how I want to run it. Do I run it like a business where I post every alternate day advertising something new for you guys to purchase or should I run it like a personal page with recommendations about what really like? Ultimately, it came down to being myself and to being honest about it. I love my blog and I want you guys to relate to the real me. The real me that keeps changing (growing?) with time. After all, none of us are consistent with our thoughts and what we perceive to be real to us. We’re all experiencing a bunch of things on a daily basis that are consistently adding to our perception of what is right and what is wrong. Once upon a time, I was a naive twenty year old, unexposed to the ways of deception and well, life. It’s taken me a few years to realise that it’s okay for me to be a bitch sometimes and to kick ass when required. No, I don’t have to be rude to people or be mean. But if there is something I believe in, I should really go out of my way to make it happen. The liberties that we enjoy in life today are all on account of someone, somewhere in time who decided to stand up for what they chose to believe in and fight for it. So hell if I don’t achieve everything I want in this lifetime, I’ll at least make sure that my future generations reap the benefit of my efforts. So fight, fight for everything that is worth it. Don’t care about what someone thinks of you. You are meant for greater things.

P.S.- I just wrote this post in 10 mins flat (fastest expression of myself EVER!) And I can’t believe that I wrote everything in 1 paragraph. Well, I just like it this way, so, meh.
