“To have the kind of year you want to have, something has to happen that you can’t explain why it happened. Something has to happen that you can’t coach.” – Bobby Bowden

I believe. I believe in the magic that is life. I have had my doubts along the way but eventually, I feel, after all that I’ve seen in my last 28 years, I can safely say that ‘Magic’ exists. It exists in the way we feel love for another person. It exists in the way that someone who loves you looks at you. Magic comes in the form of new friendships that we make along the way and the butterflies we get when we meet someone we like. Magic exists in those coincidences that you can’t explain and the beauty of how everything that is meant to happen unfolds in front of you. Yup, I can safely say that magic lives in everything around us.

The year that was, has been one of love and being blessed with more loved ones. I gained a new family, made new friends and grew up a lot as a person. My friendships with my existing friends grew deeper and I welcomed new facets on my personality that I wasn’t acquainted with before. On the work front, my Insta family grew by leaps and bounds and my blog became recognised a lot more.

So essentially what I would like to say is that I am super duper grateful to all of you for being there in my life, for reading and recognising the efforts that I’ve been putting in my work and for sticking through the tough times. I am grateful that I’ve been able to see the wonders of how life works in mysterious ways. If I start listing all that I’ve been grateful for, it’s going to be a long long list. So what I’d like to be most grateful for is that I’m well and alive to see the new year. Thank you and see you next year!

And suddenly you know… It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings. <3
